Introductory Meeting  (For All New Clients) - Intro meetings are priced at a flat fee of $275, covering a thorough review of your complete tax history—past, present, and future. This initial consultation is essential for our onboarding process, enabling us to understand your specific financial/tax needs and long-term goals. As a CPA firm, we prioritize the quality and depth of client interactions, ensuring each discussion is strategic and informative. Our aim is to provide actionable insights and personalized solutions aligned with your financial objectives.

Fractional CFO Services - Our Fractional CFO services are priced based on your business's complexity and the time you need each month. This ensures you get the right level of support at a cost-effective rate. Average monthly rate: $4,000. 

 

Client Advisory Services (CAS) - Client Advisory Services (CAS) are priced according to the specific needs of your business and the level of engagement you require each month. This approach ensures you receive personalized advice and strategic solutions tailored to maximize your business's performance, all at a competitive rate. Average monthly rate: $4,000. 

 

Tax Planning/Consulting Services - standard hourly rate of $330 per hour for meetings/phone calls/emails. 

 

Tax Preparation Services - varies depending on complexity.

Business (Forms 1065, 1120-S), Estate (Form 1041) & Nonprofit (Form 990) tax preparation services: 

• Starting fee - $1,950
• Median fee - $2,400

Personal (Form 1040) tax preparation services:

• Basic tax preparation services - minimal documentation and takes the standard deduction. 
  • Starting fee - $550
  • Median fee - $625
• Intermediate tax preparation services - multiple 1099's with investment activity, multiple itemized deductions, tax credits, Schedule C business activity. 
  • Starting fee - $1,250
  • Median fee $1,500
• Advanced tax preparation services - passthrough K-1 activity, passive income activity (ex. rental activity), farm activity, et al. 
  • Starting fee - $1,950
  • Median fee - $2,400

 

Bookkeeping Services - varies depending upon complexity, amount transactions, cleanup needed, etc. 

• Starting fee - $550 per month
• Median fee - $750 per month
